The LSRA is an FOI body under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. This means that you can request records held by the LSRA.
About FOI
The Freedom of Information Act 2014 (the Act) provides the following statutory rights:
- the right to access records held by public bodies covered by the Act;
- the right to have personal information in a record amended, where such information is incomplete, incorrect or misleading;
- the right to obtain reasons for decisions taken by public bodies affecting the person.
How to make a FOI request
Write to us stating that you are making a request under the FOI Act 2014.
You should be as specific as possible to enable the records to be identified easily and, if possible, indicate the time frame which applies to your request (e.g. between January 2019-and August 2019).
You should address your request to the FOI officer, Legal Services Regulatory Authority PO Box 12906, Dublin 7.
